These shoulder pads are mainly targetted to young football players going out for their first year and aren't sure about playing. These are all position shoulder pads which means you just put them on and play anywhere. Coaches wouldn't suggest these for an adolescent to play in because different shoulder pads work better for different positions. Sizes range from xx-small to xx-large.
