Jarek Reihner founded Atom Developments in 2006 and is currently president and owner of the company. He is also a web site developer for the business. His studies in web site development with Youth Engaged in Technology and the Washington High School has helped him create the company known as Atom Developments.

Jarek has contributed to the Washington Community Arts and Cultural Center web site by submitting layout possibilities and web site maps. With the Georges Doors web site, Jarek came up with the name of this site and drew pictures of George that would go on the Homework Help page. The newest site Jarek has worked on is for Canton Township. With the help of Carlee Dimarzio, he designed the entire web site and is currently managing it.
